Please see the attached notice for the Annual General Meeting of the Hyde Park Estate Association which will be held on Thursday 14th November at 7pm at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel, Lancaster Gate W2. As well as the items on the formal agenda, this AGM will be your opportunity to raise and discuss issues of concern in our local area. We hope that you will make every effort to attend this important meeting.
Drinks and light refreshments will be served following the meeting.
Please also remember that only paid up members will be entitled to vote at the AGM. If you have not already paid your 2019-20 subscription, please do set up your standing order by completing the membership form at this link (opens a page on the HPEA website), or if you would prefer to pay online, please send an email to subscriptions@hpea.org.uk. You can also pay on the door on the night.

Should you wish to submit a nomination for the election of Officers or Executive Committee members, please send it to secretary@hpea.org.uk by 7pm on 31st October 2019 (supported by a seconder and confirmation that you have the obtained the prior consent of the proposed nominee).
